Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, landing pages, and matching services (together, the "Service") operated by Roof Ignite Ltd, doing business as Vetted Home Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

Vetted Home Pros is a free referral and matching service. We connect homeowners and property owners with independent local contractors that we have screened on factors such as licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, warranty coverage, and reviews. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any construction, roofing, or home improvement work.

2. Independent Contractors

Participating contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers. Any estimate, contract, warranty, schedule, workmanship, or payment arrangement is solely between you and the contractor. We encourage you to independently verify any contractor's licensing and insurance and to review any contract carefully before signing.

3. How We Are Paid

The Service is always free for homeowners. Participating contractors compensate us for introductions to interested homeowners. This compensation does not change the price a contractor offers you.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and either the owner of the property or authorized by the owner to request work on it.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a match request and checking the consent box, you agree that we and up to three participating contractors (including the contractor named on your results page) may contact you about your project at the phone number and email address you provide, including by phone call, text message, and email, and including through automated technology, autodialed or prerecorded calls, and artificial or AI-generated voice, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. We may send a one-time text code to confirm your phone number before sharing your request. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of texts at any time by replying "STOP." Reply "HELP" for help.

6. Text Messaging Program

You opt in to text messages from Vetted Home Pros by checking the consent box on our match-request form. Once you opt in, you may receive recurring text messages from Vetted Home Pros regarding your request, your matched contractor, and appointment scheduling and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To cancel: reply STOP to any message. We will send one final message confirming your opt-out, after which you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt in again. For help: reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected].

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party. Your consent to receive texts from us is an agreement between you and us only and cannot be transferred.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information in your match request;
  • Only submit requests for properties you own or are authorized to represent;
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent requests, or to harvest, scrape, or resell any part of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Contractor names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the matched company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content except as needed to use the Service normally.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we screen participating contractors in good faith, we make no warranty about, and are not responsible for, the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or timeliness of any contractor's work, or that any contractor will contact you or accept your project. Cost figures shown on the Service are general market estimates only and are not quotes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by, or your dealings with, any contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any contractor.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
